On the wing spars there are two nut plates for 1/4" bolts that are part of the carry though structure. Above and below there are two #30 prepunched holes that go through the spar web and doubler. These are lined up with the holes in the 804G that gets riveted to the bulkhead. Any idea what these holes are for? Tooling holes maybe? See bottom left hand corner of dwg 11 for reference. Thank you!

They are tooling holes used to align the doubler plate with the spar web while it is jig drilled.
