Just match drilled my top wing skins, now it's time to do the bottom skins. I don't have enough clecos to leave the top skin on; is there any problem with removing the top skins before drilling the bottom skins?

Are you doing both wings at the same time? Consider doing the match drilling on just one wing at a time. The other option would be to really spread out the clecos on the top skin -- one every 5 or 6 holes. It is best to have the top skin on so that you don't accidentally build in any twist or sag to the wings. Any other builders nearby that you can borrow some clecos from? You can never have too many clecos!

Yea I had been concerned about building in any amount of distortion. Only building one wing; the ATS kit said it had enough for an RV wing, but that's a stretch. I will order or borrow more. After ordering lights, deluxe fuel caps, and pro seal, what's a little more at this point...
