Van's provided a wing root foam rubber seal with the kit and you should have received it. Works very well!

Wing Seal

How many feet of the U-Channel wing seal does it take TOTAL for both wings.

I bought a 25' length. It was enough for both wings, with several feet (I didn't measure it) left over. I bought McMaster P/N 8507K41.

We carry a quality U-trim piece. Sold by the foot. $1.25/ft.

It is what I used on the Rocket and it never moved at all, even with no adhesive. It has a slightly tacky feel to it that gives it a good grip on the wing root aluminum.

Highly recommended. And it's cheaper than most other options, and you don't have to wonder if it's the right stuff or not!
