Working on the final items on the left wing, and drilling to size the holes for the wing bottom skin/fuse bottom, wing root fairing/wing top & bottom skin, etc.

A quick question (this is for a -7A)...DWG 38 depicts the top rear area (wing walk area) where the fairing is screwed to the wing skin as "Machine countersink" with an arrow pointing towards a "circled" area on the wing skin only. I presume (assume) they're saying to machine countersink the stack-up of skin, doubler and rib flange, and dimple the fairing...correct?

That is, it's NOT saying to machine countersink the entire stackup of fairing, skin, doubler and flange, right?

I realize this is probably a really dumb question, but I want to make sure before proceeding here...

TIA...
