I'm finishing a kit for an RV 4 that I have not been building from start, and I've found a thing that make me a bit wondering. There seems to be a modification for rib # 7, both in plans and on the main spar. I've took some photos of the details. Can any one please give me some background for this, and confirm that it is all right as it is built. And what to do with the holes in the main spar? Is it best to let them be as is, or shall I rivet them.

ribs

I think these are for the flange of the leading edge rib, which is not in line with a rear rib due to the fuel tank . Dan

Now I've got it...

Thanks Dan, you're right... The notes on the plan made me confused as I thought it was for the rear rib. But after taking a closer look on the front side of the main spar, and understanding that the notes is for both front and rear rib I've got it all...
