I used many different combinations of words while searching but did not find any comments whether to rivet molded fairing or not. RV-7 planes stated that CS4-4 rivets are optional and I used them. 14 plans say nothing. Had anybody riveted molded fairing? Thanks

I used a slightly different approach on my RV 6. I custom made the windscreen fairing from carbon and used Sikaflex to bond it in position. No rivets and very solid. Don't know if this is relevant to your installation so use as a data point only.
