I have a D180, D10A and HS34 in my panel and I miss the capability of vertical guidance with the legacy Dynon AP. My plan is to creep toward a Garmin G5 based AP, but in the near term I'd like to simply replace the D10 with a G5. I understand this means the D180 remains the AP control, but will the HS34 drive the heading bugs and altimeter settings on the G5 before I fully embrace the Garmin servo and AP control panel?
