How do I tell for sure? Only numbers I can see on the case of my 0-320-b3b are L-1550 and wdc 94955. Have been studying PC 103 and fig 1-5 shows in the hole rearmmost top just above the cam a requirement for a bolt in the std. case whereas the wcf shows no bolt only a nut and washers. Is there a stud here on the wcf's ? My case has no stud in this location. Thanks. Jim.

Look at the base flange of the cylinder where it bolts to the case.

Allen head bolts with a little metal base plate holding the jugs on? = narrow deck

Hex nuts with no base plate = wide deck

Wide Deck/Narrow Deck

The WDC number means that the cases have been repaired in some form or fashion by Divco in Tulsa. That is their work order number.

Thanks.

I have the base plates and the allen head bolts. I can now begin to order parts to rebuild my std. cylinder flange engine.

Narrow deck vs. Wide deck. Engine serial no. will have an "A" at the end of it if you have a wide deck engine. SERIAL number, not model number. Not all Narrow deck engines have the internal keyed nuts, so that isn't an absolute.
