I know exactly who it is. WE did this for a client in Houston in 2012.
Very custom hoses, but turned out well. Kinda wish we had our new integral hose back then.

This was the Precision Eagle EMS system that was experimental in 2012. I dont think its available now. SDS and EFii have taken over that version, along with PMag and SureFly and a couple of others for ignition.
Was a cool project to work on.
