I got my insurance certificate yesterday afternoon and mailed my entry in the AirVenture Cup race this morning. I got out my results sheet for last year and I see that 16 RVs completed the race from Dayton to Oshkosh. 7 in the RV Blue class (360 cu. in.) and 8 in the RV red class (320 cu. in) and one in the Sport Class (390 cu.in. I believe). Who is going to enter this year (http://www.airventurecup.com)? The entry deadline is, post marked by May 31st, less than a month away. Believe me, you do not have to have the speediest RV in the world to have the adventure of a lifetime. The special dinner for racers at Wright Patterson AFB before the start is worth the $200 entry fee.
