I have a quick riddle for the experts :)

I currently have the pictured fuel cap. The outside diameter is about 3" and the gasket diameter is about 2.83.

I wanted to get one without the hole(vent). However, I can't seem to find the manufacturer for this. I did not realize that the vans wing tank fuel cap version is too small. Perhaps because I could install a flange in the hole.

Any tips?

What is the fuel cap used on? It does not look like the Usher cap that many RVs use.
