am working on the fuel tanks. I cannot find a fly cutter anywhere. lowes , home depot , northern tool, sears web site; no luck anywhere. Is there another name for this? Can i cut out the hole in the rib with something else?

That is where I got mine second one. The first one I got at Harbor Freight, but I couldn't get it to make a nice hole.

circle cutter, now why didn't i think of that! I'll try one of the places suggested. appreciate the input. Nice to have the experience to draw from.
