This hole was cut by the assembler of the wing (see photo). There are also rivet / screw holes drilled around the outside of it. The workmanship is very good. There is no mention of it in the plans or manual (see photo). Can anybody tell me what it is for?

The hole is to provide access to the stall warner. If your not using one, just put some pop rivets in it and close it up.
