I'm about ready to fiberglass the windshield onto my -8. I have sanded the aluminum cowl and edge of the windshield with a coarse sand paper like Van's says. Now I need to clean it up before I start the fiberglass. Should I use only a strong shop vac with a brush, or should I also use lacquer thinner, or denatured alcohol, or #285 metal cleaner & conditioner, or something else? Thanks
