These came with my 7A project purchased from another builder, I think he may have said they were RV-6 parts. They are all cast aluminum - anybody know what they are?

...brackets for the tail jig. They help align the tail bolt brackets in a straight line. Probably not needed on the later pre-punched kits.

The top ones may be some sort of aftermarket bracket for wheel pants, but I don't recognize them. The size of the large threaded hole is a clue....

No idea on the top ones. Whatever they are, I can assure you that they are not required to build a -6.

The top ones may be.....

Me thinks the top parts attach to a vertical post and allow all-thread to be used to secure the end ribs of the stabilizers. Just a guess. as Gil mentioned it would be nice to know the dimensions.
