I bought FWF stuff piecemeal using the inventory list from Vans. I'm getting close to finishing the the FWF work and have 5 pieces of AT6-050x5/16x 15 7/8 which I still have not used.

It seems that the specific call out of 5 @ 15 7/8 would imply a specific use. Any thoughts on what these are for?

This is what I think:

My pick list from about 5 years ago shows
one piece of the tubing you have referenced
in my FWF kit.
It has the odd length because it is also used for
the link from the handle to the tip-up latch on
a canopy. It is called out as C-610 or C-710.

It was used in my FWF kit to make the FF-707
spacers. These are the spacers that go between
the front and back flanges on the oil cooler.
I don't know where the 5 count came from.
