I was out today in overcast condition using the strobes and they stopped functioning. I?ve been thinking about upgrading (not looking to spend big dollars) and now it appears I get to.

What options do you recommend for replacing strobes and position lights?

Does your solution have the power pack like the Whelens?

Last week I repaired a Whelen strobe box with a 50 cent capacitor. Just sayin...

LED strobes deceptively appear brighter under ideal conditions but in low viz they're not nearly as visible.
