Discovered a missing pin connector in my Dynon harness, e-mailed Tony at SafeAir1 , parts are on the way....elapsed time, less than an hour...That is GREAT service!!!

I ordered a valve stem extension from SafeAir with a coupon they gave me last year without realizing that the coupon had expired. Although they pointed out that it had expired they sent the item anyway--also covered the shipping---They really take care of their customers!!! I will continue to buy from them.

The guys at SafeAir1 are great. Some of the best customer service I've ever seen.

I left a message for them asking them to send me a Trio Servo. It arrived in a couple of days. After waiting about a month for the invoice, I left a message that I hadn't received it. I got a call right back with a message thanking me for reminding them saying that would give me a $25 discount and pick up the shipping for MY trouble.
I highly recommend them.
