Any RV or RV project located at this airport? I am looking to purchase a house near this airport and would like to know if there is any RV activity in it.

Active EAA chapter in Racine

I can't help you with RVs near Waukegan but before I moved to Houston I was a member of EAA chapter 838 in Racine, WI. It is a bit distance 30 miles, but every Monday night they have a builders night where they work on projects. I would highly recommend checking them out. In their chapter house they have a shop fully stocked with tools that members can use, museum, library, meeting room, etc.

Also, there is a good flying club at the Waukegan airport called Stick and Rudder. I would check them out also.
