Veetail88 Well Known Member Jun 8, 2009 #2 John, You should call Vans for it. When they pack the kit they use it as a check list and check off items as they are packed. I would assume they have a copy or yours on hand they could send or e-mail you. If not, let me know and when I'm home later in the week I can scan mine for you.
