I hear this is several days old, but saw no notice of it other than in a short for sale thread

Wally (George's father) and George (ZU-RVfour here on VAF) were killed when their airplane struck a wire and then impacted the ground and the fuel caught on fire. They were in a race in a 182. i think it was may 30.

George Brink leaves his wife, Natalie, and four children between the ages of 8 and 12 years behind. Brink sr. letting his wife Jeanette, and two adult daughters, Judith and Jenny behind.

Very sad news, and my condolences to the friends and family

All such accidents are tragic but I particularly hate it when young children are left behind. Throughts and prayers with the family.
