MCA Well Known Member Advertiser Mar 19, 2012 #3 Here's another: I've also seen them mounted in the box to the right of your right foot. Be careful water does not drip on it from the baggage door. You can see there are lots of options in an -8, just depends what else you have in there too.

L LyleM Active Member Apr 5, 2012 #4 VP-X Pro in -8 I put the VP-X Pro between the gear tower and the firwall on right side. I made a weather sealed cover panel that fits over the hole in the baggage compartment. There will be no way rain can get to it. [/IMG] [/IMG]
