I've rolled an RV-10 before too.... but it was on a rotisserie and the engine, wings and empennage weren't yet attached. In fact we rolled it several times that way

Mr. H was famously known for performing a roll so smoothly that he could pour a glass of iced tea without spilling a drop.

From the video, I'd say you could pour smoothly while "rolling" your aircraft as well.
