Nope, they don't exist due to the tanks being vented.

...the low pressure (the "suck" that keeps us airborne) on the top surface of the wing would extract your fuel in flight.....

And the fuselage vents won't be able to slightly pressurize the tanks. But then I don't know where RV4 vents are in the first place.

My PA28-151 PIPER has outboard fuel tank vents and also vents in the caps with flopper valves.
