Well, well!

I never ever thought that I'd see a bureaucrat say, "We don't need any more regulations." Mr. Mel Cintron is headed the right way, for sure and the fact that he and Van are singing from the same page bodes well.

I wonder if he is aware of what a pain it is for those of us trying to get LODA's.

I can say from personal experience he's aware of the issue and worked hard to break the LODA guidance logjam the existed about year ago.
