Check your Vans order carefully. Better still, call and speak to a live person.
I placed an order. Checked and double checked. Address correct. I had deleted the old PO Box address ages ago.
So how the heck did they send it to the old PO Box?
Thankfully there's still a forward.
I checked the order invoice on line after it finally arrived. Address correct. Explain that.
I don't know what's going on over there, but they really need some help to figure it out.
