Any help on how to analyze the sender unit or guage itself. Mine is 534 hours and just started to go erratic after 15 minutes of flying. It resets after shut down and repowering up the electrical system 5 minutes later...Thanks Larry

Any help on how to analyze the sender unit or guage itself. Mine is 534 hours and just started to go erratic after 15 minutes of flying. It resets after shut down and repowering up the electrical system 5 minutes later...Thanks Larry

I had three separate vans instruments fail:

• Oil pressure
• Tachometer
• Manifold pressure.

In all three cases, the indicator (not the sender) was what went bad.
