Opened up my Christmas gift from my wife today and was pleasantly surprised to find a VAN's decorative wall sign. To show the family what it looks like I searched to pull out the front panel and found it and the plastic sheet that goes inside missing. Any one else had this happen to them?

I can't help you with the missing logo cutout, but there is no plastic included in the kit. I bought a sheet of .093 acrylic at Home Depot, used a table saw to cut a 9" wide strip, and held it in place with 3M double-sided tape. I could have fabricated some clips, but the tape was easy and I don't anticipate needing to remove the plastic.
