Our builder technical support team has started taking calls during the afternoon call hours again, starting today. For the past couple months, they were only doing morning call hours as they worked support of an internal project. So, call-in hours are once again weekdays from 8:00 am - 9:30 am and 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm Pacific time.

We've been a bit short-staffed recently, and as a result, we have a backlog of emails and calls that our team is working through. Thank you for your patience as we get caught up!
