Got a small pinhole leak at the inboard rib rear lower corner. Can the sealant be thinned to flow a little easier? Instructions show a 30 minute working time, how long should I wait before putting fuel in the tank? Tank is in a controlled temp invironment. (70 degrees)

You can thin tank sealant with toluene. It doesn't take much.

at least 48 hours before I introduced fuel to a freshly sealed tank. JMHO

Thinning with toluene won't change the working time any appreciable amount. Working time is mostly affected by temperature and humidity. Higher temps and humidity reduce working time.
