We have issued a recall effective immediately on all of our new combination Jack Point tie-downs sold prior to 7/11/24. We were made aware of a problem in the heat treatment of these, and they are having some failures. Please discontinue the use of these defective items immediately and dispose of them. We made another 5,000 new units and have already shipped your replacements with updated instructions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We appreciate your loyalty and faith in us. We try to maintain the highest quality and standards with all our products and services.
