This 1200 foot tower has been unlit for years …. I had someone post a notam about it . Authorities say “ No Problem being unlit because there is a Notam “ …. Imagine if no towers were lighted just had a “ Notam “!
This tower is just outside of the Class D Airspace … that only goes to 1500 feet …
