A while back, Smokey Ray made a pretty cool video doing vertical rolls in his RV-X. Even though I'm not a fan of single-camera-angle-through-the-whole-video pieces, I thought it was very interesting both visually and from a flying point of view.
I had the opportunity to try something similar recently - it's pretty roughly edited but it's short, so the pain doesn't last very long![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

Speaking of pain, maybe this explains why my neck has been a bit stiff & sore over the last couple of days![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
ETA: All flights are pre- and post- briefed; if anyone is interested in a copy of our training rules (developed from both USN and USAF materials) I'd be happy to share.
