Opulence, I has it...
I need to order some stock, but am out on the road and don't have my plans... I believe the Fuel lines are 3/8" and the Brake lines are 1/4". Can somebody please confirm this for me?

GRACIAS!!!!!

5052 versus 3003

Joe,
I would suggest ordering 5052 rather than the 3003 Versitube that Vans supplies. The 5052 will come in straight 6 foot lengths, rather than a coil. This saves you the time of trying to straighten out the Versitube coil. 5052 has several other advantages. I found that it was easy to nick or damage the 3003 Versitube when using an Imperial Eastman (or clone) bender on tight bends. The 5052 is much tougher, and does not nick easily. 5052 also has double the pressure rating of 3003. (Not really an issue with the fuel lines) I found the 5052 was MUCH easier to make cosmetically pleasing tubing with.
I used all my Versitube to make "prototype" tubes. I then made the final tubes from the 5052. ACS ships 5052 taped to a wooden stick. This keeps shipping costs low and protects the tubing from damage or bending.
