One of two things

Thanks for the video, always helps with diagnosis!

It is one of two things...
1. A broken wire at pins 2,3,4, or 5 at the servo (or the corresponding pins at the controller)
2. The servo amp has failed. If this is the case, you have two choices - overhaul or replace. If you are in the US, give Mid Continent a call and get the quote for both...I suspect a new one may actually be more affordable.
