Hi,

an help from you experienced builders. Do you think it's better to trim my canopy with the frame on the fuselage, or it's better to organize a table-support for the frame and trimming the canopy away from fuse ?

Please let me know your experience

IIRC I just used a table with the canopy frame on it as you will go through many itterations of trimming and fitting. A helper for moving the canopy on and off is a must. Once you get the canopy trimmed you will probably want to use the fuselage as the canopy skirt hangs below the canopy frame. I suppose you could block up the frame but you will still want to fit the skirt to the fuselage for that good tight fit.
I trimmed the canopy, and finish the edges just like I was done with it for every fit. Just take your time, dont be in any hurry and you will be done with it before you know.
I just about an hour ago put the last pop rivet in my canopy assembly. No cracks!!!!Yeh!!! Now its time to get it painted.
