Working today on Rudder 2.0. I discovered a better way to trim stiffeners for those of us without fine bladed band saw. A medium quality paper cutter works great cutting light metal. Hold the arm close to the table on the cut and move downwards in one brisk motion. Remember WATCH YOUR FINGERS!! Will post pix when enabled by our able administrator.

My 6" Diacro notcher made similar quick work of that operation. Very clean and quick.

We have a notcher at my school but summer now. Those are nice especially when you get the cutting blocks sharpened up. All the best,
