This may seem like one of the dumber questions to come along... I'm wiring up my stick grips and want to be sure to get the trim motor direction correct (hey after seeing a few RC airplanes go down because of reversed servos, don't want to make that mistake).

on the electric aileron trim, if you want to add right trim, which way should the arm move?

I know I can reverse the direction by swapping wires... just wanted to get my connectors right the first time, though.

Thanks much for allowing me this silly question.

They're both white wires

Since both of the power wires to the RAC servo are white, I wasn't able to figure out which is which. So I intend to reverse them if I guess wrong.

I just tested it yesterday: the springs move the stick the same way you would. So if you add right aileron trim, the stick should move the right.

Remember what the trim is for... it SHOULD move the stick in the direction you are having to hold it in. i.e. if you're holding left stick, to counter a tendency to roll right, you want the trim to introduce left stick...
