Does anyone have plans to construct transportation cradles for an RV-14 QB fuse and QB wings, plus miscellaneous kit items in a closed truck?
We are picking up a project and need to transport it safely.
My main thought is to place the canopy under the fuselage cradle (2’ clearance).
Should I hang the wings on the walls, place them flat (if able), or build a two wing stand?
i believe we will rent a 26’ closed moving truck. We plan on constructing with 2x4’s. Using ratchet straps and maybe folded carpeting as cushions, or slings.
I appreciate any and all suggestions.
