We are contemplating a flight of three into the USA. It's my understanding a Mode C transponder is required. I've crossed over a few times and always had one. This trip, one AC doesn't have a transponder at all. Can he tag along with us, as a flight of three using our transponders? I realize a pre approved call would be required at the least. If it's possible , who would we call?
