For what it's worth, the Superior O/IO-360 overhaul manual says to lube threads, tighten moderately to check fit, then torque to 480 in-lb.

B BobTurner Well Known Member Jun 3, 2015 #3 Lycoming says 40 ft-lbs, with Locktite anti seize, for 75061 bolts. 75060 bolts are tightened until a certain stretch is achieved.
