Standard set of mechanickin' tools, plus appropriate cylinder base-nut wrenches.

Torque wrench for reassembly, of course.

Some safety wire or a dental pick to remove lifter bodies.

A set of plastic wedges is nice to have for splitting the case without scarring up the mating surfaces.

There's a snap ring or two in there, so snap ring pliers are good to have.
 
If you need to pull valves you will need a spring compressor and a bollard to throw the jug on. You should also have some kind of piston pin press, don't hammer them out. Oh yeah, you need a hammer too. Reassembly you will need feeler gages and at least a decent dial caliper. Some parts need dimensional checks even when using new stuff.
