Does anyone know where to get a small
Dpdt center off momentarily switch can’t
Seem to find one with screw connections

Depends what you mean by small. A filtered search at Digikey shows 9 Mom-Off-Mom DPDT screw terminal toggle switches in stock, all with actuators in the 16.5-17.5mm range.

Typically switches which most consider small are not going to have screw terminals.
