I have read through a lot of discussions but can’t seem to get a real clear answer.

My -6 is in need of new tires and I’m contemplating going with 5.00-5 or 380-150X5. I do operate out of grass fields so a bigger tire seems advantageous. Any opinions either for or against either one? I do want to maintain the wheel pants though.
 
They should fit in your existing pants if they were built to spec, but they will be snug and stick out the botton 1/2" more.
Stock is 14 these are 15...
 
I'll just add that I have brand new Michelin 380-150x5 on my bench and the OD is 14". The stock tires measure 13" OD. Still an inch differential but wanted to add clarity to the above response..
