I'm about to use my new reamer from Averys to drill the hole in the landing gear mount and legs. Any advice before doing so?

general reamer usage:

fast feed speed (push it as fast as you can), moderate rotation speed (don't have it spinning at 10000 rpm. much slower is better).

use lots of cutting fluid

reamer should only be used for final sizing, Not "drilling". drill everything in alignment with undersized drill bit, ream to final size

edit: from avery's web page: TIP: Drill holes 1/32" undersize & use reamers for perfectly round holes & close tolerance fits on critical holes where you want a tight or snug fit of the fastener.

Drill the holes to near final size first (if they're not already). Do your best to make sure you are properly aligned, use moderate speed and plenty of lube. Plenty of lube.....Plenty of lube.....
