I see a lot builds with either the stock or Vetterman exhausts but nobody that I know of has done any testing with both to compare performance or noise etc. I chose the Vetterman for the 4 into 2 vs the 4 into 1 stock exhaust but can't honestly say if it's "better" in any measurable way.
