Anybody know of a part number and source to buy some thin dress washers to use for toggle switches and W31 series toggle breakers, to keep the hex nuts from digging into the panel to which they're mounted?

Ideally, they'd be stainless steel, or chrome or nickel plated and have an ID of right at 0.500" and an OD not much larger than the outside of the hex nut that secures the switch to the panel... say an OD of about 0.650" to 0.675" and a thickness no greater than about 0.032".

I need about a hundred of these washers.

All I could find on Stein's website was the inside star washers.

I ended up ordering a bag of stainless steel shim washers from McMaster.

Part number 90135A451, ID=0.473, OD=0.616, thickness=0.16, bag of 50 for $12.22

Just from those numbers, I think they'll fit close enough for my needs.

In order to get a nice finished look I purchased fom B&C black anodized round fastners and then tightened the switch fom the back side using the star washer and the supplied hex nut. However, they do cost $1.00 each. Just depends on whether you like the look of hex or round.
