I want to put Flamemaster CS-1900 between the skins and the firewall flanges, pretty much the same I did it for the rudder trailing edge.

Is it thin enough for that? I've never worked with this stuff before. Would be a shame to mix the whole bottle only to find it is too thick to be used that way, and that it can only be used to seal the large gaps.

What you describe is its intended purpose, but I don't care for the stuff. Kinda thick, cures quickly, needs assembled quickly with lots of clecos.
