Hi ya'll,

Since I went the Sika route, I didn't need to have a fiberglass lip over the canopy to windscreen gap. This results in a really clean appearance - I just have about a 1/16" gap between the canopy and windscreen (at the surface - of course the gap between the bars is a bit bigger). I used spacers when installing the canopy so the exterior curve of the windscreen exactly matches the canopy.

Because the gap between the canopy bar and rollbar varies (due to the slightly different curves involved) it is a trick to find good weatherstripping to fill that gap. I've tried various bits of tubing recommended by folks, but wasn't really happy with the seal - slight amounts of water came through or didn't stay soft when it's cold outside.

I've now found a weatherstripping I'm quite happy with - no leaks and looks quite professional: JC Whitney ZX133229X
