I’d like to thank Garmin support as I brought my G3x 5 years ago and only now have tried to connect an iPad to it. I quickly discovered I had the old green config module which didn’t work with Apple products. (Thanks to a Vansairforce search)
A quick email to g3xpert and they sent me a new module via the UK branch at no cost. Excellent service for a product well out of warranty.
